The Methods and Techniques are incorporated into a comprehensive, 150-point Checklist. Organized by functional area (e.g., warehouse arrangement; e.g., purchasing). We use the Checklist to evaluate:

    -- business processes (procedures and controls, including system settings)

    -- the helpfulness of software functions (which sometimes aren't so helpful, and require a work around)

    -- use of, or need for, technology in the warehouse

Then we make best practices recommendations for improvements that are tailored to the client's way of doing business, and result in large, fast benefits. And we ensure success by developing an Implementation Plan with the client's team, which they use to implement the recommendations on their own; and by following up as implementation progresses.
